house extension ripponden
We have developed a detailed feasibility scheme to extend and alter an early twentieth century detached property on the edge of Ripponden. The house is one of a group of several properties and sits at the top of a significant slope with commanding good views to the south and west.
The scheme include an attic conversion, the rationalisation of existing social and living spaces, the addition of a first floor external garden terrace, and an external wall insulation wrap to improve the property’s energy efficiency. External landscape alterations to improve the driveway access and to create better links between the existing gardens and the house are also proposed.
